Quarter Turn Resources (QTR) is an API 6D-certified shop and the exclusive distributor of Delta and Vitas valves by Valvitalia in the United States. Providing standard or custom valves to meet our customers’ expectations is key. Additionally, managing lead times for our customers to meet their project schedules is critical. Providing coating services within our facilities for our customers improves delivery, ensures quality, and protects both below-ground and above-ground valves and actuators from corrosion.

A large part of customization of valves and appurtenances revolves around above-ground and below-grade coatings. In 2018, QTR purchased a 28,000-square foot coating facility in Pasadena, Texas (near Houston) in response to our customer needs. This large coating facility includes one enclosed climate-controlled paint booth, three open paint booths, one large blast bay, as well as ample storage to meet our customer needs. In addition to the common coatings detailed below, we offer custom coatings and custom color matching.

QTR employs NACE-certified experts who ensure your valves are coated properly, following industry standards and customer specifications. Our facility is always available for inspection and can accommodate third-party inspectors with coating reports, photographs, and load-out inspection.
